Operator Monitor is the powerful application for each PALFINGER crane operator.
The app provides supportive features for regular in-time maintenance and for calculating the safe working radius by simulating the outrigger position for registered crane operators. PALFINGER TEC 7, TEC 5 and SH cranes with a telematic module send information in the Operator Monitor App about operating hours, service due date counters and error notifications in real time.
For unregistered users, the PALCODE feature and the Sales- & Service Partner Search are accessible.
Features in Version 1.0 for registered users:
- My Crane: crane data dashboard with information about crane operating hours, operating hours of sub-equipment, home service partner contacts and equipment specification.
- Maintenance Checklist:
Optimized maintenance by a digital, equipment-specific maintenance checklist. A maintenance history provides full transparency and a visual countdown basing on the the operating hours development & calendar days reminds of regular and in-time maintenance.
- Sales & Service Partner
Feature to find the appropriate PALFINGER dealer and service partner in the wanted region for specific PALFINGER products.
- Crane features
Overview about all exisiting crane features with detailed functional information.
- Alerts & Errors
Notification and overview about technical errors, malfunctions and condition warnings. An error history provides a review for individually selected periods. The PALCODE search function provides for any entered PALFINGER status code detailed description, reason and solution proposal.
- Job Planner
Time saving supporting tool for calculating the safe operating radius basing on manually pre-simulated outrigger positions and defined lifting load. The operator has also the option to check the outrigger positions after already supporting them on the ground and calculate the safe operating radius, before lifting the load.
